ADR 2000 PLUS Portable Meter
The Peek ADR 2000 Plus is an autonomous and automatic vehicle counter/classifier. It can be used as a portable or semi-permanent unit.
Description
In its basic configuration, the ADR 2000 Plus operates with 2 or 4 available road tubes. With optional internal sensor modules, it can monitor up to 42 inputs using a combination of WIM, loop, piezos or contact inputs.
The ADR 2000 Plus measures several parameters, including vehicle speed, length, gap and headway. It can then combine them in different data configuration types, including per vehicle records, per lane data and binned vehicle classification by axle. Vehicles may be classified according to the FHWA’s “F” scheme or user-defined classification criteria.
The counter is enclosed in a rugged, weather-proof, locking cast aluminium housing that protects it from the elements and ensures a long operating life.
It is equipped with a smart keypad as well as a 20-character x 4-line LCD display. Full operational control can be granted remotely via telemetry or directly in the field via a computer with the appropriate software.
The Peek TOPS and Viper software can be used to collect and analyze the data generated by the Peek ADR Plus.
