I’ve been working at Orange Traffic for 5 years and I’ve rarely seen people so devoted to their employees’ happiness. It’s a vibe that starts at the top and is passed on to the whole team. That’s why we’re a fiery team! We’re recognized, heard and appreciated, which gives us the motivation to invest ourselves in return. We work hard, and I’ve never been bored for a second since I joined OT. There are new challenges every day, and everyone pitches in to meet them nimbly and creatively. We work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. And above all, we have fun doing it. You can’t put a price on really wanting to start your working day in the morning!
