Following an agreement with Pelco and its subsidiary Novax, our company now holds full intellectual property and exclusive manufacturing and distribution rights for two flagship product lines: the Novax 332 ITS Cabinets and the Novax 401 Cabinet Series.

A Strategic Acquisition to Support Ontario’s Needs

This partnership marks an important turning point for Orange Traffic. The Novax 332 and 401 cabinets were developed specifically to meet the standards and requirements of the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO).

By taking over production of these models—widely deployed across Ontario’s road network—we are now able to offer:

• A local and sustainable solution for both current and future ITS cabinet needs;
• Full technical continuity, as our teams are faithfully taking over the original designs, engineering, and specifications;

• The ability to collaborate directly with the MTO and with contractors, consultants, and integrators working throughout Ontario.
