From then on, some dynamic signs have the same rights of use as static signs, while allowing a greater fluidity on the roads and by increasing the vigilance of the motorists and the safety of all the users of the road.<\/p>\n<p>In section 8.18.1 of Volume V of the MTQ, it is stated that &#8220;variable speed limit signs (PLVV) are luminous prescription signs to indicate to road users the prescribed speed limit.
